The Bayview Beach Resort - Batu Ferringhi

The outdoor pool is refreshing and well-maintained.

We faced issues with maintenance. Appliances were dirty and broken. The receptionist was unhelpful when we expressed our concerns. Breakfast options were limited, especially for western guests, frustrating.

Generous-sized and silent unit with balcony, superfriendly stuff. The breakfasts except for the coffee.

Impeccably clean place with sea views and hard-working staff. A wide range of food at breakfast like fresh bread, pastries and fruit. Central location on grassy area near beachfront.

All the details, none of the fluff

A charming hotel with a fine beachfront and well-maintained gardens. The spacious family suite offered lovely views, and amenities such as tennis courts and a good swim-up bar added to the enjoyment. Friendly staff enhanced the experience, especially during breakfast with a great variety. Massage services in the garden were excellent!

Real good overall experience. Reasonably clean hotel with ideal location in Batu Ferringhi adjacent to beach area and cafe. Hard-working and hospitable staff, early check in...

breakfast buffet is excellent, good choice, rooms are clean, some of them have been renovated... staff are nice, there is a machine with filtered water... appreciated!! It is a place that I found peaceful.. lots of restaurants nearby and night market.

we can't swim too much the beach is muddy... chairs only on the grass.

great family-friendly getaway

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. Housekeeping staff provided excellent service, maintaining cleanliness with attention to detail. The pools, both for adults and kids, were fantastic and kept everyone entertained.

Parking was a bit challenging due to hotel occupancy.

Comfortable, swimming pool with clean water, clean room and comfortable bed. Lots of cheap restaurants and supermarket in front and next to the hotel.

Lack of musical entertainment in the evening. Or lack of entertainment altogether.

The staff, location, cleanliness, swimming pool and...breakfast.you have to try to me s once.

If you go there for the beach the sand and water, you have to forget because the water is not clean and does not make you want to go there but it is everywhere on this part of the coast.

I was given untidy room when I arrived. The management did noy apologise for it. However the cleaners who came to clean the room were nice and kind toy family. The room was a big mess. We had to wait for 30 minutes till the cleaners made up the room. Unforgiven and unforgetful experience.

No comment coz I am still upset with the whole experience.

I have stayed at the Bayview a number of times but not last year as they increased their rates this year they have decreased to previous level and I return and I must say that there has been no decrease in quality and in fact the room that I had was huge with seperate rooms for the shower and bath. The breakfast is excellant with over 5o items to choose and the location of the hotel is good.
